It is an honour to serve the city I was born and brought up in as the Labour & Co-operative Member of Parliament for Glasgow North East, representing the communities of Ruchill, Hamiltonhill, Possilpark, Port Dundas, Sighthill, Lambhill, Milton, Springburn, Royston, Balornock, Barmulloch, Blackhill, Dennistoun, Drygate, Germiston, Haghill, Carntyne, Robroyston, Provanmill, Riddrie, Hogganfield, Millerston and Ruchazie in the House of Commons. As a Labour MP I also sit on the Opposition’s front bench in the UK Parliament as the Shadow Under-Secretary of State for Scotland

As Shadow Minister for Scotland, Paul regularly speaks and in Parliamentary debates and asks questions on a variety of issues such as Social Security, Industrial Strategy and Immigration.
